After School Magic Clubs

Dear Eugene

Thank you for running the Magic Club so successfully at Maple Primary School again this half-term.

We are delighted that our pupils are given this opportunity not only to learn how to do magic tricks, but also to learn the skills of performing to an audience.  Developing these presentation skills will stand them in good stead for their future, both at secondary school and ultimately in the world of work.

One particularly boy who has attended the Magic Club has changed from being a quiet, reserved child in class to one who now has a great deal more self-confidence and who is engaged more with his classroom learning.  He appears to enjoy school more and, as a result, is now making good academic progress.

We look forward to the club resuming after Christmas and thank you again for running it so well.

Best regards

Tim Bowen
